Self-Defense Seminar

Sunday, August 17th we will be having our Open Mat time a little earlier due to the seminar that day. Open Mat 10:00-12:00 Self-defense Seminar 1:00-3:00 We will be taking a break between 12:00 and 1:00 to clean the mats and get ready for the seminar. There are still spots available for the seminar if anyone would like to sign up. You do not need to be a Category Five member to attend and no previous experience is necessary. The regular Sunday schedule will resume the following week.
