Brett from Burke & Herbert Bank will be discussing the FHLB Loan for first time home buyers, in-house portfolio loans, and other conventional programs. Burke & Herbert is a direct servicer of Fannie Mae loans and retains them at the branch here in Hurricane, allowing borrowers to work directly with him instead of dealing with an out-of-state servicing company.
